For the payment options Buy Now Pay Later, or Pay in 3 to be displayed to the customer will depend on the merchant's account configuration / agreement with Paypal and Klarna.
If this has been configured by PayPal or Klarna, then these payment options will be displayed to the customer during their payment journey.
