The following outlines the customer journey that you can expect when working with Judopay.
This details which teams you will work with and why, on your path to going live:

You will discuss your requirements with the Judopay Sales team, who will advise you on the business model and acquiring route that best suit your needs.

Once you are happy to proceed, the Sales team will send a pricing proposal for your signature.
This is Judopay’s form of a contract. -
You will then provide all the requested KYC/B documents, so they can be submitted to the Acquirer (ISO), or you will submit your current MID you have with your existing Acquirer, so it can be registered with the gateway (gateway only).

The Acquirer / gateway will approve the application and send the details to Judopay’s Onboarding team to finalise the set-up and testing.

The Onboarding team will send your API credentials, so that you can complete your integration and go live

Once live, you will receive regular newsletters to keep you up-to-date on Judopay’s new features, product launches and general updates.
