For security reasons, you are not able to add / remove users to the Judopay Portal. This has to be done by Judopay.
All requests to add / remove users should be sent by (or CC’d with) the main account holder to: help@judopay.com.
Within the request, please include the following:
- Full name of the new user
- Email address of the new user
- Level of permissions required for the new user
We can also provide you with an audit trail of a specific user.
