Judopay does not hold or pay out any funds directly to you - this is handled by your acquirer.
If you use one of our acquiring partners, you would have been provided with login details for their portal to self-serve. If you are unsure of your login details, please contact help@judopay.com.
Our customer service team are able to assist with the following queries relating to your acquiring account:
- Current balance
- Settlement history
- Fees
- Reconciliation
If you have your own acquirer, then you will need to contact them directly, as our customer service team does not have access to their systems.
