We have a process in place whereby if an incident were to occur, the alert is reviewed, fixed and commented on within the hour, publicising the cause and impact of the incident.
We will create incident reports for all priority 1 issues. In addition to this our merchants will have direct access to a Senior Account Manager who will provide additional information to the incident report.
