The following scenarios will make a link expire:
The payment link will expire:

If the expiry date has passed.
- The expiry date is set when creating the link.
- Note: If the expiry date is not explicitly set, the default expiry is 30 minutes following the creation of the link.

Following too many failed attempts.
- Maximum number of 3 attempts before the link expires.

You cannot use a payment link more than once.
- Each generated link can only be used to take a single payment.

We strongly recommend using unique payment references for each transaction.
- The payment reference is your reference for the PayByLink transaction.

This value should be unique in order to protect your consumers against duplicate transactions.
Note: If your integration requires reusing a payment reference, please contact our Dev Support team so we can check whether this setting is supported for your account.
From the Judopay Portal, you can:
- View a list of all your PayByLink links

Filter the list by:
PayByLink status: Expired
