You can filter and view transactions by:

• Transaction Status
• Transaction Type
• Transaction Amount

Transaction Status and Type

Filter and view transactions using the transaction status and type.
You can select multiple values of either transaction status, or type.

From the Judopay Portal:

1. From the side menu, select History.
2. The History screen appears. 
   The list of the last month's transactions are displayed.

3. You can filter your transaction history by selecting

   Transaction Status
   Successful
   Declined
   Error

   Transaction Type
   Payments
   Refunds
   Collection
   Pre-auth
   Save Card
   Check Card
   Void

   You can select multiple values of either transaction status, or type.

4. The selected filter values are displayed. 
   For the purpose of this exercise, the transaction status values selected are successful, declined and errored transactions, occuring on today's date.

Note: The selected values are shown in bold in the modal, and as removable labels in the filter summary. 
If no values are selected, the list will show all for that category.

Transaction Amount

Filter transactions using the transaction amount. 
You can use either the:

• Exact Amount: Filter transactions equal to a specific value.
• Amount Range: Filter within a range using Minimum and Maximum fields.

1. From the side menu, select History.
2. The History screen appears.
3. Click the Filter button.
4. The Filter selection screen appears.

5. Enter the transaction amount.
   You can filter using either the:
   
   Exact Amount: Filter transactions equal to a specific value.
   
   Amount Range: Filter within a range using Minimum and Maximum fields.
   
   Note: You can only use one of the above options at a time.

   You can also include the following filters to your search:
   - Transaction type
   - Transaction status
   - Transation date

   For the purpose of this exercise we are filtering our search using £10.00 transaction amount, within the date range of 07/09/2025 - 07/10/2025.

6. Click Done.
7. The transaction information will be displayed.

Note: To filter a refund / void transaction, enter the amount in the amount field. 
The refund / void transaction will still appear as a negative amount in the transaction information results.
