You can reset your password for the Judopay Portal by:

1. Click the Forgot password? link on the login page:
   
2. The Create your password screen will appear:
   
3. Create your password
4. Click Login
5. You will be directed to the verification screen:
   
6. Enter your One Time Passcode
   Note: This 6 digit code has been sent to your registered email address.
7. Click Submit

Note: The One Time Passcode has an expiry time of 10 minutes.
