If you are expecting a One Time Passcode (OTP) email but have not received it, please follow these steps:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Sometimes OTP emails may be mistakenly marked as spam.
If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Junk” or “Not Spam” to help your email provider recognise it as legitimate in the future.
Check your Archive or Other folders
Depending on your email settings, the message may have been automatically moved to an Archive, Other, or Clutter folder (especially for Outlook / Hotmail users).
If found, drag the email into your Inbox. This helps train your email service to treat future messages from us as trusted.
Add us to your Safe Senders List
To prevent any future delivery issues, add mailgun@otp.judopay.com to your email contacts or Safe Senders list.
