The lockout process occurs when:
Incorrect email / password
- After entering your email address or password incorrectly 5 times within 30 minutes.
Incorrect OTP
- After entering the One Time Passcode (OTP) incorrectly 5 times within 30 minutes.
The Judopay Portal will temporarily lock you out to prevent further login attempts, for 30 minutes.
You will see the message: Temporary Lockout.
If you do experience a lockout, please wait 30 minutes before attempting to log in again.
