You can block consumers through your Judopay Portal.
To block a consumer / device:

Log in to the Judopay portal.

Search for a transaction completed by the consumer.

Click on the transaction.

Under the Card Validation section of the transaction, you can block the:

Consumer Reference Device ID (if available).

To blacklist a card, please email help@judopay.com
If you want to blacklist all cards linked to that consumer, please provide the customer reference. Alternatively, if you want to just blacklist the card used on that specific transaction, please provide the specific receipt ID.
