It is important to provide as much information about the transaction in question when contacting Judopay’s support teams.
You may have a Judopay receipt ID
The receipt ID is 19 digits long and can be found in the Judopay Portal.
Providing this will direct our support team to the specific transaction in question.
If you do not have the receipt ID, you should provide:
- Date / Time of the transaction (An estimate is OK)
- Amount
- Last 4 digits of the card used
You may also have a consumer or other transaction reference - we may be able to use this information alongside the date / time / amount, so please provide this if you have it.
If you do not have all of the above information, please let us know as much as you can about the transaction, to help us locate it within our systems and help us investigate your issue.
