You can process a full refund or partial refund by logging into the Judopay Portal:

Click History on the left side menu

From here, you can search for the transaction that you need to refund using:

the receipt ID
-
the last four digits of the card number, or
-
the consumer reference number
-

Once you have located the transaction, click on the > icon to view more details

Click the Refund button

You will now be given the option to refund the full amount or enter a partial amount.
Please note: For some Acquirers, a partial refund can only be processed 24 hours after the original payment was taken.
