In most cases, our Support team will be able to void the payment on your behalf.
However, this may not be possible depending on your Acquiring Bank and / or the time between the payment and void request. If this is the case, we will inform you of the next steps; this is likely to be a refund.
Please note: If you have refunded a payment in error and we are not able to process a void, then you will need to contact the customer to process the payment again.
