When an issuer replaces a lost or stolen card, the card’s Primary Account Number (PAN) will change. 
Therefore, the card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) will provision a new Network Token linked to the new PAN. 

The previous Network Token will be deactivated, ensuring transactions are processed securely with the new card details.
